Feeding Program Update, Our Conference Countdown, and a Difficult Week for Guatemala

Our feeding program keeps moving forward — praise the Lord, our sponsors have stayed faithful. We have a new generation growing up with us, and we're praying they become models for the next one.

We're 77 days away from our third international conference — please let us know if you're planning to come, since we're making hotel reservations and need to know how many guests to expect. We're blessing the lives of all our friends who've already confirmed and sent their flight information, and praying more of you can join us and start planning for the years ahead.

Our country is going through a very difficult time — almost all of Guatemala has been under lockdown for protests, and we're now nine days in with neither the government nor the protesters willing to talk. Please pray for our country; it will be hard to keep going like this much longer.

Our feeding program is still running, but we're concerned about whether we'll be able to keep moving in the days ahead — our missionary is staying in the city today because travel to the villages isn't possible.

Please pray for Guatemala. At the church, we're fasting every day until 6pm and asking for God's mercy on our country — if you'd like to join us for a day, it would mean a lot.
